Our Treatment Programs
At Sequoia, we offer three different types of mental health programs at two different locations in Mesa.
Our residential facility looks and feels like a home, so the time you spend in treatment is restorative and productive. You’ll spend time in individual and group therapy sessions, with a treatment plan completely catered to your needs and goals.
Our outpatient facility hosts clients in the intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs. These allow you to go home each night, but with three to six hours of treatment three to five days a week.
Depending on what you’re experiencing and what your job and life necessitates, you may experience all three programs or just one.
