Outpatient Mental Health Treatment in Mesa, Arizona
At Sequoia Behavioral Health, we provide some outpatient programming for residential treatment graduates and those who don't need the structure of residential treatment. Clients return to their homes each night, but still receive complete and compassionate mental health treatment.

Located in Vanderbilt Plaza in Mesa, we're perfectly located in the East Valley. Clients can reintigrate into the world around them while being in a peaceful, secluded space.
A Dedicated Meditation Space
Experience a calm, sensory-friendly place to meditate, experience aroma therapy, and integrate into the therapeutic experience.
Support Groups
The East Valley community, alumni, and outpatient clients come together for weekly support groups. These help create a sense of community, encouragement, and safety.

Levels of Outpatient Programs
Personalized treatment approaches for unique mental health needs.
Intensive Outpatient Program
Come to our outpatient center for 3 hours a day, 3 or 5 days each week. You'll experience holistic programming including proven, science-backed therapies as well as sound baths.
Partial Hospitalization Program
PHP clients spend 6 hours a day, 5 days a week at our outpatient center, while still returning home each night. It's designed for intensive mental health treatment and continuing care planning.
