Group Facilitator
About
I am a dedicated Group Facilitator with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals through mental health challenges, recovery, emotional growth, and personal development. I take a whole-person approach to group work, helping individuals explore the connection between their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, relationships, and life experiences. I strive to create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment where individuals feel encouraged to participate, reflect, and work toward meaningful change. I believe that growth requires both compassion and accountability, and I provide honest, supportive feedback that helps individuals recognize patterns, challenge barriers, and continue moving forward. I use relatable material, real-life examples, and interactive discussions to help group members connect therapeutic concepts to everyday life. A quote that resonates with my approach is, “Get comfortable being uncomfortable, because that is where the growth happens.” I believe that stepping into discomfort with support and awareness creates opportunities for healing, resilience, and lasting change. Through evidence-based approaches and authentic connection, I support individuals in building self-awareness, developing healthier coping strategies, strengthening relationships, and creating a stronger relationship with themselves.
